Do I need to train all of my staff who come into contact with food?

The short answer is yes. They enable you to demonstrate to environmental health officers that your staff have been properly trained in food safety in accordance with the national occupational standards. With so much media attention on food scares and food poisoning, you cannot afford to risk endangering the lives of any of your customers.
