This Food Hygiene Level 1 course is designed to introduce learners to the basic principles of food safety and hygiene.
It is ideal for anyone starting work in a food environment or those who need an awareness of the importance of safe food handling.
By the end of the course, learners will understand:

Safe food storage and chilling
Preventing cross-contamination
Introduction to allergen awareness
